3.1. Transfers and contributions (1) Reference: Articles 14, 26 and 27 CPR

Programme amendment related to contribution to InvestEU transfer to instruments under direct or indirect management transfer between ERDF, ESF+, Cohesion Fund or to another Fund or Funds (1) Applicable only to programme amendments in accordance with Articles 14 and 26 except complementary transfers to the JTF in accordance with Article 27 CPR. Transfers shall not affect the annual breakdown of financial appropriations at the MFF level for a Member State.
