Senior VP Matt Wolf arranges sale of 77 units Kislak sells Harrisburg, PA area multifamily properties


ARRISBURG, PA — The Kislak Compa- ny, Inc. announced

the recent sale of three mul t i fam- ily properties in greater Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for a total of $8,.2 million. The sales in- cluded the following proper- ties: Twin Pines at 4341 Carlisle Pike in Camp Hill, Cumber- land County with 34 units for $3,850,000; 403 South Baltimore St. in Dillsburg, York County with 22 units for $2,150,000; and Parktowne Apartments at 3800 Elmerton Ave. and 1100 Morton Dr. in Harrisburg, Dauphin County with 21 units for $2,200,000 Kislak marketed the proper- ties on an exclusive basis with senior VP Matt Wolf handing the assignment on behalf of the sellers, and he also procured the purchasers.
