Jesús Vásquez, Cristóbal García de la Huerta Se identifica como un edificio adecuado en su relación urbana, su planta se emplaza con equivalencia hacia sus distintos frentes tornando a su favor los desniveles del terreno. Los materiales elegidos son comúnmente usados en el lugar y representan el imaginario simple y conocido de la ciudad. A building adequately integrated into its urban setting, with a floor plan equally distant from the different facades, and using the contours of the terrain in its favor. The chosen materials are commonly used and represent the simple and well-known collective imagination of the city.
