Sandra brings over 30 years' experience in the Human Resources field, with the past 18 years in executive roles. • Chief Operating Officer Independent Investigations Office of BC Ministry of Attorney General from 2018, and retired in December 2025. • Vice President, Human Resources at Coast Mountain Bus Company for two years, and retired from TransLink in 2015 as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources after six years.
Sandra is a strong people leader, coach, and mentor, with practical experience in strategic planning, change management, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and mediation.
She is a certified executive coach and has been coaching employees at all levels within the BC government to help them reach their potential.
