Background and Contribution Sandra brings over 30 years' experience in the Human Resources field, with the past 15 years in executive roles. Prior to joining the IIO in 2018, Sandra was the Vice President, Human Resources at Coast Mountain Bus Company for two years, and retired from TransLink as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources after six years. Sandra is a strong people leader and mentor, with practical experience in conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and mediation. She is a certified executive coach and seeing others succeed is very rewarding to her.
