area and are doing all their bathrooms. This is very exciting for all of us.” What will the experience be like for new arrivals? “After pulling into our parking lot—offering an abundance of spac- es,” Chierchia notes, “you will be greeted by our administra- tor, who welcomes you and directs you to the proper asso- ciate to ensure a seamless experience.” Chierchia mentions that recent visitors have shown particular interest in the smart toilets and updated Anthem shower systems. “When they realize how far plumbing has come, they are happy they decided to update their bathrooms.” But Chierchia wants all who walk through the door to feel taken care of. “For our trade, we want to add a valuable level of service to enhance their business and be support- ive—with professional staff, extensive inventory with next day delivery, and we really take our time to listen to our customers’ wants and needs. We were already living up to the Kohler brand before the sign was put on the building.” Chierchia invites newcomers to embrace all the vicinity has to offer. “The area is loaded with great places: Asbury Park’s boardwalk, restaurants overlooking the ocean, shows and theaters—it’s endless,” she says. As for grabbing a bite, one popular landmark is the nearby Americana Diner, but there is more to explore: “The Red Bank area, only being two miles from the Kohler Store, is basically a smorgasbord of restaurants—too many good ones to pick a favorite!” ■ MEET THE DESIGNERS How would you describe your per- sonal design style? Industrial chic with charm and flair.

This Kohler Purist sconce sets the mood.

Can you describe a memorable de- sign project you’ve worked on? I recently worked closely with build- ers and designers on a new St.Jude’s Dream Home in Manasquan, New Jersey. At the end of February, I will attend the floor signing. It’s been an amazing experience! What’s something you’ve seen in design that fascinates you? I love bold wallpaper on a ceiling. It breaks boundaries and allows any room to feel more exciting. How do you unwind? Scrapbooking is my go-to. It is a way to unwind and relax. I get to be cre- ative without any rules or restrictions. Can you share a challenge you en- countered on a design project and how you made it work? I helped a mother struggling to get her autistic son into the shower every day. We decided to add a few body sprays so that it would be more entertaining and a distraction for the son.

Who is someone that inspires you? Joanna Gaines, a well-known interior designer. I came across her book at Target shortly after graduating high school, and it decided my career path. What kind of project would you like to do more of? Ultimately, I would love to design more laundry rooms. It’s a place no one wants to spend time in, so let’s make it a little more enjoyable. Is there a TV show with design that you love? All’s Fair , a Hulu show. Every room showcases minimalist luxury and is architecturally interesting. If you were a color, what color would you be and why? Sage green. It’s a soft, earthy color that creates a soothing atmosphere in any room.

TAYLOR PASQUALINI EATONOWN

Is there a design upgrade you’d like to make in your own home? I’d love to incorporate a huge sun- room. I would lounge, read, and soak in some vitamin D with all my plants. What superpower would you want? I’d want to move as fast as the DC Comics character The Flash. I would quickly design, build, and finish thou- sands of bathrooms in a single week. Any summer vacation plans? I’m looking forward to exploring Spain with my family this summer. The beauty of the history and architecture is what I’m most excited about. Olé!
