LIA: For you and your organization, what are the biggest advantages of QuickShare PRO?

ERNEST ROSS: If I’m presenting to moms and dads, for example, I’m going to open up with my story—how I enrolled with Melaleuca. I’ll present a couple of product experiences, and then I’ll press play on the QuickShare PRO video. I’ll close with some business success stories and then go over the Home Conversion and Value Packs. I always close with the Packs! BRIAN HARRIS: I have an introduction where I ask questions to get to know a little about my guests. In my mind, I’m deciding which video will be the best for this Melaleuca Overview. Once I get that established, I just press play. And we talk afterwards. I always find out right away what they liked about the video. That’s their hot button, you know? Okay then, let’s build on that. That’s something they paid attention to. I want to help them see the benefit of having that by enrolling.

I thought, “This is fantastic!” These videos show that Melaleuca is committed to providing content with messaging that comes through loud and clear to anyone who’s considering enrolling as a customer. TINA BLEASE: At the beginning of a Melaleuca Overview, I give my own life introduction because everybody comes to the Overview for different reasons. Then I show the video, assuring the guests we’ll talk at the end. Once the video is done, I’ll ask, “What jumped out at you?” “‘What was the thing you were most pleased about?” That starts the conversation and gives me an understanding of where their head is. I can speak to that and help each person decide to enroll. LIA: How does QuickShare PRO fit into your Melaleuca Overview presentation?

ERNEST ROSS: QuickShare PRO levels the playing field. There are some people who are really good at presenting the products and the business, and there are some people who just aren’t there yet. This equalizes everything, because it’s not going to be about how good you are. It’s going to be about how well you share. It’s how many people you present the Melaleuca Overview to that determines your success. MICHELE EDLING: My husband has retired from military service, so I have friends and contacts all across the country and even across the world—which means I do a lot of meetings and Melaleuca Overviews online.
