LIA: What has QuickShare PRO added to your Melaleuca Overview presentations?
ERNEST ROSS: Our mission is to enhance lives, but when you’re enhancing someone’s life, you have to help them enhance their leadership. QuickShare PRO gives my team an air of confidence that they can share a Melaleuca Overview any time of day, without feeling like they need their support team. It really helps them take full responsibility for their business. MICHELE EDLING: We have always relied on each other in my team, helping each other out with in-homes or Zoom web conferences. But it’s not always convenient for someone on your team to host a Melaleuca Overview at a time that works for your guests. And I think that makes an Overview seem a little scary, especially for new business builders who don’t think they’re good enough. It might stop them from even trying! Having QuickShare PRO available will be a big help and confidence booster for everyone. BRIAN HARRIS: My newer team members don’t have to be nervous because QuickShare PRO is doing a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to getting guests interested and excited about the products and business. And there are some with limited computer experience who can easily go into QuickShare PRO, select a video, and then press play when it’s time. It eliminates their fear of, “I don’t think I can do this.” Because they can do it!
With QuickShare PRO, we’re much more consistent with the amount of information we’re sharing and the time we’re taking. LIA: How have your guests responded to QuickShare PRO videos? BRIAN HARRIS: My first question after the video is done is something like, “What did you like about what you saw?” A woman I recently presented to talked about the better, safer products. She’s always been concerned about the chemicals in her home. I asked her, “Why is that so important to you?” And I proceeded to help her see that Melaleuca addresses that concern—and she’ll save money in the process. That’s what stood out to her in the video, and it was a great conversation starter. MICHELE EDLING: My guests enjoy the videos! What I hear from them is that the videos are informative and engaging, whether they watched one that focuses on the products or one that focuses on the business. LIA: How has using QuickShare PRO helped newer members of your team become better presenters? Melaleuca Overview because they’re maybe not feeling confident that day. Once they get the hang of QuickShare PRO and both of us feel confident they can do it on their own, that Overview presentation just gets easier. It’s so duplicable! ERNEST ROSS: When I first began building my Melaleuca business, we were doing Overview presentations that lasted 40 or 50 minutes. Now QuickShare PRO is helping us get the time down to 30 or 35 minutes. Also, there are so many great visuals in the videos. No presenter could do a better job visually. The visual information really helps drive the points home and engage your guests better. Your guests will come out of your Overview with more confidence in the company and more product knowledge. Melaleuca becomes real to them. In fact, one thing QuickShare PRO has done for me is give me great information. It’s good to listen to these videos over and over because that helps with your own conversations. Everything in them is very duplicable. Even when you’re just sharing Melaleuca with a friend or family member, you’ve got more great insights to give. TINA BLEASE: QuickShare PRO adds a lot of stability to our businesses. It helps the newer Marketing Executives feel more confident while presenting Melaleuca: An Overview . It brings some consistency to the Overview as well. Some newer builders weren’t giving enough information. Others, including me, might have taken an hour and a half to get through the Overview because we get so excited.
