She’s an outstandingly talented trainer whose approach goes far beyond theory. She ensures knowledge is fully understood, applied in practice and embedded at every stage. I currently work as a Payroll Assistant within a Multi-Academy Trust, with the expectation of stepping into my manager’s role later this year. Payroll in the education sector is particularly complex, due to term-time contracts and non- standard calculations, and it requires a very different approach to other industries.
