Spouse means the person to whom a Participant is legally married throughout the one-year period ending on the date or his or death. Totally Disabled means that a Participant is disabled as follows: The definition of Totally Disabled is a physical or mental condition of a Participant resulting from bodily injury, disease, or mental disorder which renders such Participant incapable of continuing usual and customary employment with the Employer. The disability of a Participant shall be determined by a licensed physician chosen by the Administrator. Vested , Vested Account or Vested Interest means, with respect to a particular account or accounts, the percentage of such account to which you are entitled at any point in time. However, notwithstanding any vesting schedule set forth in other sections of this summary, you will have a 100% Vested Interest in your Account upon reaching Normal Retirement Age.
