NARRAGANSETT, R.I. — The Agency has opened its first Rhode Island office in Narragansett. Led by Managing Partners Nicole Maine and Patrick Farrell, The Agency Narragansett serves buyers and sellers throughout Rhode Island, combining the attention of a locally owned brokerage with The Agency’s global network, collaborative culture and marketing resources. For Maine and Farrell, the opening is a chance to build the kind of brokerage they believe this market deserves: one that understands the character of Rhode Island’s communities and can introduce its properties to buyers well beyond the state. Maine has worked in Rhode Island real estate since 2013, building her practice through local knowledge and lasting client relationships. Farrell brings a background in mortgage lending and banking leadership, adding a financial perspective to pricing, negotiation and the decisions clients make throughout a transaction. “South County has a character you can’t under- stand from a listing alone,” said Maine. “You need to know the neighborhoods, the coastline and the rhythms of each town. The Agency allows us to pair that knowledge with a network that reaches far beyond Rhode Island.” The office represents residential, waterfront and lifestyle properties for longtime residents, second-
