The number of condo listings in North Vancouver increased to 352 in June, 13% higher month-over- month but 22% below June 2019. Condo sales doubled month-over-month, at 110, and were 26% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 31%, as the condo market for North Vancouver transitioned to a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price, at $575,000, was 0.4% lower month-over-month but 4% above June 2019. The average sold price of $647,315 was down 3% vs May, while at $784, the average PSF sales price was 1.3% lower month-over-month.
