were then promoted at the Federation of Community Social Services of BC conference in the fall. The Fraser Health Crisis Line launched our fax request program in partnership with local mental health centres, emergency departments and substance use teams. This allows those services to make requests for us to call clients who may benefit from our support at times when other services are unavailable, particularly on weekends and holidays. The Crisis Line also provided opioid response training to all of our 150+ volunteers so that they could provide substance use support to callers. This includes providing callers with harm reduction information and making warm transfers to the Substance Use Services Access Team. This year, the program was also given access to Fraser Health client files through PARIS. This has allowed the Crisis Line to be integrated with the Fraser Health Authority and provide support to callers with complex needs that is consistent with the approach of their other service providers. Options Community Services successfully engaged in re-accreditation with the Council on Accreditation (COA) in June. This is a rigorous process that all levels within the agency participated in and Options was recognized with an extremely positive review of our programs and services.
