Our Regeneration division specialises in redevelopment of public sector land, delivering private and affordable homes by partnering with local authorities and housing associations. The Role The Regeneration Division of Countryside have been working in partnership with public and private sector organisations to redevelop housing estates and secure the provision of mixed tenure and mixed use developments for more than 30 years. The Regeneration Division is seeking to appoint a Senior Development Manager in response to our growing business. In essence you will create an overarching development strategy for each project and once agreed be responsible for delivering the agreed outcomes. The Development Manager will be expected to coordinate the skills and resources of each function within Countryside together with appointing and managing external consultants to ensure that each development is optimised through efficient management. The successful applicant will take responsibility for the progress and procurement of new developments through the technical, legal, planning, financial and sales stages from securing the project to project completion in accordance with the budget. On Offer Countryside has recently floated on the stock market, and has seen a strong demand in their core markets, which is commuter towns and outer London boroughs (Zones 3-6). This has resulted in a near 50% increase in sales values, and forward sales exceeding £200 Million. The business is in an exceptionally strong position and is forecasting significant growth. The Senior Development Manager will play a significant role as the business continues to grow. The successful applicant can expect an excellent salary, car allowance, private healthcare, pension and performance related bonus.
