Richardson Commercial Realtors negotiates 2,771± s/f Harrisburg Community Bank lease
OYLESTOWN, PA — Centric Bank is es- tablishing a presence in Bucks County. The bank leased a 2,771± s/f office space in Doylestown Commerce Cen- ter on S. Easton Rd. They’ll join other area businesses in the 140,000 s/f class A office campus. Leasing agent Jonah Pas- cucci of Richardson Com- mercial Realtors arranged the transaction on behalf of the property owner, Doylestown Commerce Center LP. “Centric Bank is leasing space in Bucks County to ser- vice existing client needs as well as to take advantage of the growing Bucks County by expanding their commercial lending in this part of suburban Philadelphia,” said Pascucci.
