Art Campbell and Jes- sica Gasper of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Cass of High Associates inks office sale Camp Hill, Pa — Al- pha Graphics has purchased the property at 4609 Get- Denise Cass of High As- sociates Ltd.’s Harrisburg Regional Office represented the seller and Paul Matisse of Mid Atlantic Realty rep- resented the buyer. n Denise Cass Nassimi Realty announces two new tenants at Cedarbrook Plaza WYNCOTE, PA — Nassimi Realty announced the arrival of two new tenants at Cedab- rook Plaza in Wyncote: North Whales Academy and E’TAE Natural Products. North Whales Academy signed a lease for the 2,700 s/f space located next to the Aaron’s store. E’TAE Natural Hair Prod- ucts signed a lease for a 6,000 s/f space. In other news, Nassimi Re- alty announced the arrival of a new national medical retailer: U.S. Renal Care, at Airport Village in Coatesville. U.S. Renal Care signed a lease for the 7,537 s/f end cap space next to the Aldi super- market. The medical store is about to begin construction works and will open up to the public immediately after.
