With the addition of our Smart Buildings division, we also provide the tools and expertise to apply critical intelligence about the operation of other important building systems, such as HVAC and lighting. Graboyes Smart Buildings offers two tiers of service: Tier one – Smart Buildings Platform (.5 cents per square foot per month) We use a fault-detection and diagnostics platform to curate and analyze building automation data and provide weekly reports with accompanying actionable guidance — like having a “continuous commissioning.” Within the first year a typical result would be an approximate 10 percent reduction in utility spend . In a 100,000 SF building, for example, you would spend $6,000 annually for our service and save an estimated
$25,000 annually on your utility spend. Additional benefits include: ü Reduced repair and replacement budget with fewer emergency repairs ü Increased uptime of HVAC system ü Potential qualification for utility rebates ü Increased tenant satisfaction Tier two – Smart Buildings Platform Plus (one cent per square foot per month)
Our second tier of service provides the service described in tier one (Smart Buildings Platform) plus our maintenance of your Energy Star benchmarking information. (In Philadelphia for example, this service provides support in meeting the city’s benchmarking requirements for buildings greater than 50,000 SF.) We enter your data into the EPA’s Portfolio Manager and provide monitoring and verification of energy savings activities in your building.
