CONTRACTORS NEEDED The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) are looking for dynamic, licensed contractors who would like to be part of a list that would be provided to residents of Prescott and Russell who have applied for emergency or accessibility repairs through our Investment in Affordable Housing of Ontario (IAH) program. A portion of the funds received by the IAH program have been reserved for the Ontario Renovates Component and will be administered by the UCPR.
