2025 Environmental Report

Delivery Vehicles (The Assets)

Methodology Note: These figures rely on self-reported data from templates distributed to all suppliers. Consequently, where engagement was lower or templates were not returned, there are identifiable data gaps - particularly regarding heavy logistics for our major city events - meaning the emissions reported below likely represent a conservative estimate of the true total footprint.

Beyond Bristol

The only Beyond event with tracked vehicle data (Event Hire Solutions).

Unlike staff travel, emissions in this category are driven by location logistics rather than supplier numbers. Remote events incur a significantly higher carbon cost per asset delivered. The “Remote Event” Penalty The data proves that logistics emissions are non-linear. Events in remote locations (Great North Swim, 13 Valleys) have a disproportionately high logistics carbon cost due to the lack of local infrastructure. HVO Opportunity for Logistics While we have successfully transitioned our power generators to HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil), our delivery fleet remains 99% Diesel. The “Unknown Fuel” Premium Nearly half of the staff travel footprint (17.09 tCO₂e) is attributed to “Van (Unknown Fuel).” When suppliers do not specify their fuel type, the calculator applies a generic “average” market emission factor, which is typically higher than modern Euro 6 diesel standards.
