Targets & Action Plan
Data Quality Improvement Plan (2025-2027) To reduce uncertainty and improve the reliability of our Scope 3 reporting, we have set specific targets to upgrade our Data Quality Scores (DQS). Participant Travel (Target DQS 1): Transition from survey extrapolation to 100% census data by making “Travel Mode” a mandatory registration field for 2027 events. Waste Data (Target DQS 2): Mandate digital waste transfer notes with actual weighbridge weights for all events by 2027, eliminating assumptions and missing data. Supplier Transport (Target DQS 3): Introduce a “Data Provision” clause for all key suppliers, requiring the completion of post-event data templates.
