Hydration To help reduce plastic waste, all water will be provided in paper cups. Look out for our friendly water station teams, who will be handing out cups on course to help you stay hydrated:

Once you’ve finished with your cup, throw it into one of the dedicated on- course bins. This helps keep the roads clear for fellow runners and means we can recycle more cups. The cups we use are fully recyclable and compostable. Drinking or draining the water before throwing it away helps maximise the number we can recycle. To avoid congestion at water stations, move further along the station before collecting your water. There is plenty available for all participants.
Water Refill
There will be an a water refill station located on the Town Moor (see start & finish map for location), where runners can fill their own water bottles/ packs.
On-course shower
To help keep you cool and refreshed on the day, look out for the on- course shower located on John Dobson St at 6.5k.
