j3 - AMU Fan (Intake for booth)
High Temperature Limit Sensor. Monitors air temperature leaving the fan housing. If temperature exceeds set point, high temperature limit controller will turn off burner.
Rotation Indication.
Fan Housing.
Motor. 3 phase, various HP ratings.
Belt & Drive.
j4 - Burner & Profile Opening
“Low” Pressure Sensing Port . Should be pointed towards the fan housing. Connects to the low side of the pressure switch in the control panel.
Pilot Gas Line Connects to pilot solenoid in control panel.
Burner Various lengths based on BTU requirements of the unit.
Profile Damper Normally open during “spray” mode. Closes during “cure” mode.
Flame Rod Detects presence of a flame within the burner. Connects to Fire Eye flame controller in control panel.
Open Damper = lower profile pressure Closed Damper = higher profile pressure
“High” Pressure Sensing Port . Should be pointed away from the burner. Connects to the high side of the pressure switch in the control panel.
