A confirmation email will be sent to you with your Bidder Number, be sure to bring your confirmation letter to the Express Check-in line. Bidder acknowledges receipt of the Terms & Conditions and hereby agrees to them by signing and sending this form in for registration. Each County Treasurer has their own terms specific to their county. Terms can be found on-line at BippusUSA.com and also contained within the Auction Catalog.
