Aimed at graduates of the CIPP’s Foundation Degrees in Payroll Management or Pensions Administration and Management (or the preceding Diploma in Payroll Management). Applications are welcome from professionals who possess a Foundation Degree or UK Level 5 qualification gained within the last five years. In addition, successful applicants would normally be employed in an ongoing managerial position and have a minimum of three years’ experience. Why you should enrol? This well-respected qualification is delivered and accredited by the University of Lincoln, and is specifically offered by the CIPP to top-up the CIPP Foundation degrees to a full Bachelor’s degree, which carries worldwide recognition. The course does not focus on the legislation or technical skills associated with payroll and pensions as these are assumed. Instead, students apply this knowledge to a broad range of relevant topics such as project management, financial management, digital communication techniques and the leadership and management principles requisite for assuming senior leadership roles within organisations.
