S harlene has spent lots of from the US about Melaleuca, she was understandably sceptical. In fact, she only really enrolled out of kindness for Tina. In her first few month’s Tina really got behind Sharlene doing some presentations for her and even placing some builders in her business, Tina says, “I knew Sharlene could be great but after what she’d been through, I needed to prove it was real to her.” In the early stages too our very own Director of Sales Melanie Frazer partnered up with Sharlene and showed her how the volume in her business could help her advance to Senior Director and maximise the double pacesetter incentive along the way. Credit to her, Sharlene was super coachable and in February went straight to Director 3 in pacesetter time frame earning an amazing $4,573! The following month she advanced to Director 5 and earned $8,793 and then in April she advanced again but this time to Director 9. Mel had the great privilege of awarding her a cheque of $23,036 which left Sharlene speechless. time, effort and money trying to make MLMs work.
