As Melaleuca’s new Director of Field & Product Training, I’m excited to expand the knowledge around Melaleuca’s products to help every Marketing Executive reach new customers. Understanding what makes Melaleuca products irresistible is simple. You don’t need to have a degree in chemistry or be an expert in product formulation. You certainly don’t need to overwhelm yourself and know everything about everything. The most important aspect to educating yourself is to know how to answer questions your customers may ask you or at least where to go to find the answers. And everyone can do that!
