Section 2: Person Specification Education and Experience Essential
• Demonstration of relevant electrical engineering, construction and / or engineering training/ building services training and education to degree level, or ability to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience. • Significant senior level management experience plus specific training in an electrical engineering/building specialty i.e. HV, LV electrical supplies • Trained and working knowledge of H&S legislation (H&S Certificate/NEBOSH) and management in the application of FM Services • Proven budget and financial management in the delivery for FM services. • Significant experience with statutory compliance including water, fire, asbestos, HV/LV • Significant experience of managing in-house and outsourced estates management service delivery ensuring deadlines and targets are adhered to • Proven competency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. Desirable
• Experience of working with listed buildings and on a major visitor attraction. • A safety qualification to NEBOSH certificate level. • Have a basic competence of using CAD systems. • Working knowledge of BMS Systems
