At 40, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 11% above April but 9% belowMay 2019. Townhome sales, at 5, were down 1 month-over- month and 7 lower year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio dropped to 13% in May as Squamish’s townhome market remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price in May was $683,100, relative- ly unchanged from last month and 1.5% lower than last year. The average sold price was $685,281, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $493 (down 0.6% and up 3%, respectively, from last month).
