Condo listings in Vancouver East declined 0.6% month-over-month (to 358) while May’s listings were down 34% year-over-year. Condo sales increased by 38% from April (to 76) but were down 46% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 21%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment transitioned to seller’s market territory. May’s condo benchmark price was $595,300, 1.2% lower month-over-month but 1.6% above this time last year. The average sold price was $646,767, a 4% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $860, 1.8% above last month.
