Les gars ont mis la pédale au plancher samedi soir, le 11 juin dernier, à Clarence Creek alors que le Club des Lions de Clarence Creek a présenté une soirée de derby de démolition comme à la fois un événement de divertissement sportif communautaire et une collecte de fonds pour leur propre communauté et projets caritatifs. Toute la soirée, une douzaine de voitures se sont brisées, défoncées, et écrasées allant quatre à la fois dans la fosse. Éric Brazeau de Clarence Creek a été le vainqueur de la soirée, en réussissant à garder son tacot cabossé plus longtemps sur la piste que tous les autres. —photos Gregg Chamberlain
