- Traveled to all twelve provinces of Kappa Alpha Psi more than twice as National MOIP Chairman to evaluate the progress of the Membership Orientation Initiation Program - Developed the first membership initiation in the history of Kappa Alpha Psi during the “Centennial Conclave” - Redesigned the National MOIP Membership Kit to display the Centennial Conclave logo and the Coat of Arms in full-color - All newly initiated brothers received a “Centennial Tie” during the entire year of 2011 - Facilitated the first initiation of members in the history of Kappa Alpha Psi during the “Centennial Conclave” in Indianapolis
