T his year we were honored to welcome Rabbi Jeremy Litton as our new Director of Jewish Life and Learning. Rabbi Litton joined us in Dallas last summer after making a move from his position as Dean of Discipline at Magen David Yeshiva in Brooklyn, NY. He has experience in a variety of positions working in both formal and informal Jewish education and has a passion for Jewish learning, Jewish teaching, and music. His goal this year was to infuse our school with a strong sense of Jewish pride and ruach . This was accomplished through many of our programs. One example is our new Shabbat service including a new layout
of the room encouraging a more participatory experience, adding a portion of the service which includes dancing around the room, and encouraging spirited singing with his musical instruments accompanying the students and parents.
