A donation of LED lights to the Russell Public Library will help the township celebrate and mark special occasions. The lights, which have a colour-changing feature that can be managed with a mobile application, were intended to bring joy to the village during the holiday season, but would also be used to help promote awareness days and other events throughout the year.
