National Progression Award (NPA) in Bakery develops your practical bakery skills in craft baking, bread making, cake decoration and pastry making. If you are interested in pursuing a career in the bakery or catering industries, but do not necessarily have any prior experience - this is the course for you. This is a fast track 18 week course.

This NQ Bakery course will be a progression from NPA Level 4 Bakery and will help you gain knowledge, practical experience and a qualification that will help you get a job in the bakery and hospitality Industry. You’ll have the opportunity to study and train for a career as a baker or cake decorator. Practical lessons are delivered in our specialist training kitchens, by professional chef lecturers, who have a wealth of experience within the hospitality and bakery industry.
