The emphasis is on gaining practical cookery skills and experience of the hospitality industry. You will also learn to prepare and serve in our training restaurant.

NQ Professional Cookery (Level 6) will take your culinary skills to a more advanced level. It focuses on practical skills, food production and presentation and allows you to spend a year learning in our training restaurant as well as our specialist production kitchens.
