William Farkas of Jeffrey Realty Group represents Regal Cinemas Resurging Hamilton, NJ shopping center signs Regal Cinemas as anchor tenant H AMILTON, NJ — Coming soon to a re- surgent Independence I-295 on South Broad St. in Hamilton.

The Regal opening is sched- uled for some time in 2016. Other new tenants sched- uled to open this winter in- clude Ollie’s Bargain Outlet (35,000 s/f), Save-A-Lot Su- permarket (16,000 s/f) and Crunch Fitness (22,000 s/f). They will join current tenants Dollar Tree, Rainbow Shops, Santander Bank, Subway, and Wendy’s among others, bringing the total leased space to 162,500 s/f or 65% of the 250,000 s/f property. The group was able to obtain title in January of this year. The partners plan to spend $5-million in capital improvements as they work to reinvigorate a shopping center, which for many years was the economic hub of South Broad St. Regal Cinemas was repre- sented in the transaction by William Farkas of Jeffrey Realty Group . n
