Marty Zupancic , vice president investments, Dean Zang , senior vice president investments, and Christian Barreiro , investment special- ist in Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, DC office, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local family estate who’s owned the property since 1928.
