MEDIA RELEASE Individuals who register or participate in activ- ities sponsored by the City of San Bernardino grant permission for the City of San Bernardino to be photographed and recorded. Photographs and media obtained from City sponsored activ- ities may be used for promotional purposes for City Activities through publications and outlets including but not limited to the City website, so- cial media accounts, fliers, and activity brochure.
FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS CANT STOP THE FUN! APPLY FOR A YOUTH ENRICHMENT SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship program allows youth of low-in- come families the opportunity to participate in city and recreation classes, programs, sports, and many more activities to enrich their lives and in turn, positively impact homes, schools, and the commu- nity. Scholarships are awarded based on available funding, family need, and a completed YES Eligibil- ity Application. One application per household, per funding year, may be submitted. REFUND POLICY Refund will be considered for activities on a case by case basis. Refunds are made in full for activities canceled by the department. There are no refunds for drop-in activities. ABOUT REGISTRATION We encourage participants to enroll in activities as soon as possible. Space may be limited. If an activity has low enrollment, it may be canceled no less than two days before the activity start date. Activ- ities and Fees subject to change.
