Overall Project Status
The project is in a status of “Good” . The official file development is progressing well with several files in the hands of functional users for validation. The expansion of the DW is beginning. The project plan is being re-defined to include new tasks and activities to better address the scope. Upon completion of that effort a reassessment of status will occur. A scope assessment indicated that the current approach would not sufficiently address all project objectives. New work streams have been adopted and are underway. The Board of Trustees approved the project funding in the amount of $838,388. Expenditures to date equal $222,800. The estimated run rate is $117,600 per month.
