Changes/Issues/Decisions This section is provided as a point of reference for changes, issues or decision relating to project, policy, procedure or process that may require stakeholder review, advisement, approval or escalation. R ECOMMENDATION K EY D ECISIONS AND R ESOLUTION Current work efforts/plans are not providing self-service data sources needed to address the project scope. Redirect funding and work efforts to expand the current data warehouse (TheIS) to better serve the self-service scope needs. 1) Acquire technical talent 2) Address current DW issues 3) Address current DW look and feel

Faculty Data (TT/NTT, Degrees held, admin positions, rank, etc) is not in alignment with reporting requirements. Faculty workload unit data is inaccurate and not captured on a frequent basis

Document discrepancies, formulate options and escalate for decision.

Meeting held 03/30/18; It was decided to consolidate and manage the key faculty data fields in the PS HR system.

Prepare and submit a decision paper that outlines the benefit and value of tracking this information. Develop a process that uses R25 data to fulfill the DW needs for room utilization information. Location information needs to be reviewed and a determination made on use.

Facilities data does not include room utilization or location information.
