OUR FOCUS
Improve Outcomes for Every Patient
Connecting people to early detection and quality care for every person affected by prostate cancer, especially those facing the greatest barriers to access.
OUR DIFFERENTIATORS
Combining a national prostate cancer focus with comprehensive local community infrastructure. Driving health outcomes leadership and systemic change, with a steadfast commitment to health equity in action. Uniquely Built For Success
OUR STRATEGIC INITIATIVES Leading the prostate cancer conversation and designing for impact to prove local systems change at scale. Pathway To Success
OUR THEORY OF CHANGE We are at an inflection point. Since ZERO Prostate Cancer was founded, the past 30 years of prostate cancer progress have revealed both how far we’ve come and how much more work remains. While incidence rates and disparities are increasing, survival rates exceed 99% when caught at the earliest stage with access to quality care. By leading the prostate cancer conversation through advocacy, awareness, education, and support, we will: • Inspire action for individuals and communities • Gather data that we disseminate to inform partners, providers, patients, and families • Drive systems change toward a future where no one faces prostate cancer alone, and care is accessible to all • Empower people to live longer and better lives This is our theory of change, and it is already working. When communities are equipped with the right tools, when systems are held accountable, and when every person has access to timely, quality care, lives are saved.
