Extensive record of delivering and meeting key operational and financial targets on a large and complex scale. Significant experience of formulating long term, organisation-wide strategic plans and development of projects resulting in positive value for money outcomes. Extensive, in-depth experience of organisation-wide policy and service development, interpreting legislative and other requirements. Significant, proven experience of leading and managing change to improve performance against KPIs. Knowledge Expert and extensive in-depth knowledge of the planning, scheduling and management of operational systems within a complex environment. Excellent understanding and specialist knowledge of the healthcare environment.
