Leadership Program starts in July! Unlock your leadership potential

Participants will attend eleven monthly sessions held at the Dallas BA office from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with lunch provided. The Association’s DBA Leaders Program is a practical leadership development experience built for supervisors, business owners, association professionals, and manufacturer representatives. Rather than theory-heavy workshops, the program installs a repeatable leadership operating system focused on clear communication, stronger team leadership, higher account- ability, better decision-making, and change adoption that actually sticks. Each month reinforces a different pillar – foundations, influence, team leadership, emotional intelligence and bias awareness, accountability, time management, decision-making, motivation, problem solving, and stra- tegic leadership.
