Results
Our detailed report provides an explanation of our methodology and assumptions, analysis of the schemes and their likely outcomes alongside potential values, as well as risk and opportunities supported by a project timeline. These scenarios were then weighted to reflect their likelihood of deliverability.
Following the report’s submission, we undertook formal presentations to the Council Officers and elected Members completion creating an opportunity for the Council to raise any queries in an open forum.
Through our work, SHBC now understands development options for their sites and are able to identify the most advantageous development solution. We are working with the Borough on the next phases of site delivery.
