Key Responsibilities
• To advise and support clients on Asset Management, space planning and space management within their property portfolio.
• To provide Red Book valuations for asset values.
• Advise clients on property and estate issues including attending relevant meetings to represent the client’s views on local issues and initiatives, as well as liaising with clients and regeneration partners. • Carrying out development appraisals and providing development advice and viability studies.
• Carrying out Agency Services including property disposals, acquisitions and lettings.
• Providing consultancy advice on leases, rating valuations and rating issues.
• Assisting clients to develop and manage their Estate Terrier and the formation and review of all leases to and from other parties including retail units and all land requisition or disposal transactions. • Advise on all general practice related matters throughout the client’s estate including estate strategy, agency, professional services, asset management and in particular development/ viability within a commercial environment. • Support Senior Management with the development and improvement of current and new systems to enhance delivery of assignment. • Working with the Directors to support, develop and manage more junior members of the surveying team. • Undertake regular review meeting with the junior members of the team, providing coaching and mentoring as required.
