General Practice Surveying/Estate Management Experience
Proven experience across a range of General Practice surveying activities including estate strategy, agency, professional services, asset management and in particular development/ viability within a commercial environment.
Client Management and Interaction
A client facing surveyor, astute with creating and maintaining strong client relationships. Can demonstrate experience as a client lead and trusted advisor.
Stakeholder Management
A natural negotiator who has experience of dealing with public sector clients including NHS, local authorities, central government bodies as well as within the private sector.
Interpersonal
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including influencing and negotiating) with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience of team management, driven by achieving through a team and mentoring and developing individuals.
Qualifications
MRICS, Registered Valuer.
