ENTRAL, PA — East- West Properties, LLC has purchased 5,148 s/f of office/commercial space at 5600 Derry St., Swatara Twp for $311,000. Ida McMur- ray of NAI CIR represented the sellers and Nancy Wil- liams of Coldwell Banker Homestead Group Select Professionals represented East-West Properties. Fluor Enterprises, Inc., has leased 3,324 s/f of new office space in Building #1 at 2101 N. Front St., Harrisburg. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR represented Mor- gan Manor Residences, the property owner, and Jason Sourbeer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Families United Network, Inc., has leased 1,900 s/f of new office space at 2090 Lin- C First Industrial announces leases at First Logistics Ctr. YORK, PA — First Indus- trial Realty Trust, Inc. , a owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, an- nounced that it has signed long-term lease agreements for two recently completed developments. First Industrial leased the 708,000 s/f First Logistics Cen- ter at I-83 in York to a leading multinational corporation. The Company also recently signed a lease for its 43,485 s/f First Figueroa Logistics Center in the South Bay sub- market of Los Angeles.
