This hands-on workshop, you’ll learn professional knife handling, essential sharpening techniques, and safety protocols to confidently prep vegetables, fruits, and proteins. 4137-F1 1 Session: $39 Thursday, September 24  | 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. THE ART OF THE SIMMER: WATER-BASED COOKING TECHNIQUES Unlock the secrets to tender, flavorful dishes through poaching, steaming, and braising. Practice creating nutritious meals that highlight perfectly cooked grains and proteins. 4137-F2 1 Session: $49 Thursday, October 1  | 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. SIZZLE & SEAR: MASTERING DRY-HEAT COOKING Harness high heat for maximum flavor by mastering the perfect sauté and roast.
