A lot unfolded at Convention 2026 in Tucson, Arizona. From Fraternity business to meaningful sisterly connections, Alpha Phi’s ideals of sisterhood, generosity, character and innovation shone brightly this past June. Amid the excitement came the unveiling of something the Fraternity has envisioned for years: the Alpha Phi app. Designed to support members at every stage of their membership, the app puts Alpha Phi’s expansive library of resources and tools right at sisters’ fingertips. Behind the scenes, Dakota Richardson-Lau (Eta Omega-Towson) , technology support specialist at the Executive Office, led the yearlong initiative, which began in August 2025. She brought on two collegiate interns, Mariia Barabanova (Iota Lambda-Connecticut) and Suha Koliwad (Theta Tau-Rensselaer) , to help turn the vision into reality.
