Reuben L. from Island Park enjoyed being active and independent until unfortunately he endured multiple strokes. After emerging from in-patient rehab he was happy to be back to the familiarity of home, but he was frustrated with his significant balance and mobility limitations. Reuben’s home care nurse told him about the services offered at AgeWell / LiveWell, but he was sceptical because he had been to other PT offices in the past and was not satisfied. Reuben decided to give it a try and was promptly evaluated forbothphysicalandoccupational therapyservices.Reubencould

He is proud to say that his balance and walking have greatly improved as well as his ability to perform daily functional activities. Reuben was eager to point out that he has been to four other therapy offices in the past and nothing comes close to the quality of care he receives at AgeWell / LiveWell. The staff of AgeWell / LiveWell is pleased to serve patients like Reuben and guide them through their unique path to recovery. We would like to wish Reuben and his family a truly happy holiday season and only good health in the New Year.
